This reflection spread is a culmination of your month in one place. Throughout the month I will utilize this habit tracker to document daily habits, purely to notice trends and progress towards previously established goals. It is always interesting to see how one habit might impact another. On the very last page of each month is an opportunity to review your month. Boxes can be labeled with ideas such as, gratitude, successes vs. challenges, movies watched, books read, of “next month I hope to”. I even fill in little scantron inspired bubbles to rate how I felt the month went on average. These are fun to refer back to at the end of the year to compare month over month.
