Each month I start with a fresh spread dedicated to vision mapping and establishing a monthly theme. I will typically think of three categories that I am interested in focusing on for goal setting. This can be anything from personal, professional, self-care, family, future, home, fitness, and so on. Then start to concentrate on things you specifically want to improve on or focus on throughout the upcoming month. Depending on your preference you can design each month with varying color schemes, styles or completely different theme- it’s completely up to you. There’s an entire blank page for setting the tone and mood for your upcoming month’s design style.
